Asked a staff member where a product was, never even looked up at me to speak. Just said ‘don’t have it’ while continuing his work. He should not be working in a customer service job.

This Coles has a cosy atmosphere and very friendly staff. The location makes it easy to park right opposite if you require a short distance to push your trolley and there are always in store specials. Parking can get congested in Jindalee Home Base however so try to avoid peak hours.

I chose this Coles because you can park right out the front. No escalators, just walk in and walk out. The only downside is they closed the deli and now it's just fridges filled with plastic shrink wrap with deli meats cut whenever. Staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about stock locations and shortages. Even things hidden away on the bottom shelf of an aisle other than the one you thought it was in.

Well stocked, but the fruits can get a bit lacking towards the end of the day. Lots of both frozen and fresh options and a large range of beauty products - all for affordable prices. Clean floors and shelves and professional staff.

Just a good coles! Lots of parking, decent selection, and was open at the time we needed it. Didn’t have as much stock as other coles I’ve been to in Brisbane but that’s potentially due to the smaller size
